The Duality of Life and Death. ...
Duality teaches us that every aspect of life is created from a balanced interaction of opposite and competing forces. Yet these forces are not just opposites; they are complementary. They do not cancel out each other, they merely balance each other like the dual wings of a bird.
I struggle to maintain a balanced lifestyle like I am sure most of us do. Everyone walks their own path in life and in doing so I recommend if you haven't already found it to seek out your own ways to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
The closer I get to my own personal balance the more satisfied and happier I feel. It is a constant balancing act.
Family, Blogging, getting out in nature, droning, photo editing, creating, are ways I help balance my stressful day job as a social worker.
Please share in the comments some of your own ways you help maintain your balance.

Lately, I feel like I have been neglecting my blog for other projects that have consumed what little spare time I have. I've been busy traveling and focusing on photography, and working with drones.
Like I've said in a previous post, I get many little insights and inspirations first thing in the morning, especially driving. I've learned how to use my smart phone to vocally record my insights while traveling. Otherwise, I would forget them faster than they hit me.
I wanted to start sharing these little insights with you. I hope you like them and get some inspiration for yourself.
