Sycamore is a name which has been applied to several types of trees, but with somewhat similar leaf forms. The name derives from the ancient Greek συκόμορος (sūkomoros) meaning "fig-mulberry". Species of trees known as sycamore: Acer pseudoplatanus, a species of maple native to central Europe and southwestern Asia.(Wikipedia)

“State Theater” – Photo Shoot

The State Theater is a historic theater built in 1946 with a modern Art Deco design located in the city of Wayne, Michigan. One of the reasons I love the Detroit area is there are many hidden gems that since I was a child have been slowly renovated over the years. The State Theater is now owned by Phoenix Theaters. If you are in the Detroit area it is about a fifteen minute drive from the metropolitan airport. I highly recommend it as you feel the history and enjoy a cinematic experience that is not easy to find these days.
