During a pandemic, advice is doled out in broad generalizations despite individual differences.
Keeping an active mind, blogging, channeling negative energy into other positive creative outlets and maintaining a self-care routine are the ways I have learned work best for me to keep my light shining.

Like many others, I am dreading the pending time change that looms over our heads this Sunday morning, when clocks spring forward an hour to start Daylight Savings Time (DST). It’s like a ticking time bomb ready to blow your whole mind and body out of sync.
