This is one of my favorite aerial photos from this spring so far. My inner circle of friends and family call me a wererabbit because I love vegetables. It doesn’t matter if they are raw, cooked, bbq, salads, I just love vegetables!!!
When I saw this tree canopy, it reminded me of a giant spring mix salad. 🥬🥦🥕🧅🫑🍆🍅🥗😋😉🐼

Fantastic photo, it really does look like a great salad! The one vegetable I look forward to finding every year is romanesco broccoli, it’s the coolest looking veggie and tastes great too! 😉
