We had some spring snow last week. The thick and wet stuff that sticks to everything outside. I had an excuse that day to leave the house for an essential public service task. I decided on the way home to fly one pack in some snowy conditions to relieve some stress. I was looking over the footage and noted the snow sticking to the camera and enjoyed the light naturally being distorted is some areas like a prism. This simple visual distortion kind of represents for me the number of feelings my mind is processing during these pandemic days of isolation. I remembered an old John Lennon song and it was a perfect match for my mood at that moment. Take care everyone and be safe!

People say we got it made
Don’t they know we’re so afraid
Isolation
We’re afraid to be alone
Everybody got to have a home
Isolation
Just a boy and a little girl
Trying to change the whole wide world
Isolation
The world is just a little town
Everybody trying to put us down
Isolation
I don’t expect you, to understand
After you caused so much pain
But then again, you’re not to blame
You’re just a human, a victim of the insane
We’re afraid of everyone
Afraid of the sun
Isolation
The sun will never disappear
But the world may not have many years
Isolation

Yes, weβre well on the turn here, and in my region only six logged cases in March, none for three weeks, and in the state, none for two weeks. So many of our cases are linked to cruise ships (SS Petri Dish). I gather youβre going okay.
