Colorful kites and banners filled the skies over Clear Lake, Iowa this past weekend.
The event is sponsored by the nonprofit “Color The Wind”, which passionately promotes the sport of kite flying for all to enjoy.
Many of the kites and banners — some more than 60 feet tall or wide — were designed and handmade by their owners.
